FMC reviews, revokes intermediaries licenses

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 16 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from: Ramses Logistics USA Inc., Torrance, Calif., Young H. Cho, chief financial officer; JT Worldwide Corp., Hoffman Estates, Ill., Junyuan Tsang, president; J Eastern Transport International Inc., Gardena, Calif., Joon Seok Kim, president; Nara Express Inc., Anaheim Hills, Calif., Michael Kiyoup Kim, vice president; ACGroup Worldwide Logistics Inc., Inglewood, Calif., Tonney Tung, president; Eagle Maritime Inc., Rahway, N.J., Rajiv Dixit, president, Standard Caribbean Shipping Inc., Brooklyn, N.Y., Carl Munro, president; and International Freight & Logistics Inc., Wichita, Kan., Rory J. Arnott, president.

   The FMC received NVOCC and ocean freight forwarder applications from Aqual Maritime Services, Katy, Texas, Christopher Onyekwere, sole proprietor; Sea Central Shipping Corp., Tampa, Roberto Cordovez, operations manager; Freight Solution Providers, West Sacramento, Calif., Michael Dew, vice president; NK America Inc., Sidney, Ohio, Masami Hiraoka, vice president; AMK Lines, Romulus, Mich., Lia A. Wood, vice president; Berr International Inc., Miami, Guarionex A. Berrido, president; and Global Express, Brooklyn, N.Y., Bella Grushko, director.

   Falcon Logistics Inc., Humble, Texas, Robert F. Beasley, vice president, applied for an ocean freight forwarder license.

   Persons knowing of any reason why these applicants should not receive a license are requested to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington.

   The FMC revoked these OTIs’ licenses for failing to maintain a valid bond: Aero Sea Shipping Co. Inc., Englewood Cliffs, N.J.; Air Sea Cargo Network Inc., Union City, Calif.; China United Transport Inc., City of Industry, Calif.; C.C.B. Terminal, Miami; Continental Shipping Line Inc., Miami; Direct Shipping Line, Compton, Calif.; East-West Consolidation Service Inc., Somerville, N.J.; Enterprise Forwarders Inc., Miami; First Forward Container Line, Inglewood, Calif.; International Consulting and Services Inc., Green Bay, Wis.; J.M.C. Transport Corp., Inglewood, Calif.; Kito Cargo, Miami; Leyden Shipping Corp., New York; Mirsonia Inc., Los Angeles; Nordstrom Freighting Corp., Danbury, Conn.; and United Globe Cargo Inc., Miami.

   These OTIs surrendered their licenses voluntarily: International Transport Solutions Inc., Jamaica, N.Y.; Marina Ocean Air International LLC., San Francisco; Palumbo USA Inc., Lyndhurst, N.J.; Savino Del Bene Inc., Jamaica Queens, N.Y.; and Trans Pacific Inc., Tokyo.

   The FMC reissued licenses to thse OTIs: Distribution Support Systems Inc., East Syracuse, N.Y.; and Top Container Line Inc., Long Beach, Calif.
