YELLOW GLOBAL, ROAD AIR DISTRIBUTION FORM ALLIANCE

   Yellow Global, the international transportation provider for Yellow Corp., has entered into a strategic alliance with Road Air Distribution B.V. to share services in Europe and the United States.

   Yellow Global will represent road Air Distribution in the United States and Road Air Distribution, part of BV Transportation Management International Holding, will represent Yellow Global in Europe. Services in Europe include logistics, distribution, value-added services and inter-country ground transportation.

   'Together, Yellow Global and Road Air Distribution will provide a broad portfolio of solutions to our customers in Europe and the United States,' said Jim Ritchie, president and chief executive officer of Yellow Global. 'This partnership will be a vital component of our strategy as we continue to expand our global service offering.'

   The unit of Overland Park, Kan.-based Yellow Corp. is seeking to develop alliances across Europe. The company recently ended a 10-year relationship with the Frans Maas Group, which last week announced an alliance with FedEx Trade Network subsidiary Tower Group International Inc.

   Yellow Global maintains an agency network structure throughout Europe to handle intra-country freight forwarding activities.
