Mulvey becomes STB commissioner
Francis P. Mulvey has joined the U.S. Surface Transportation Board as commissioner.
Mulvey, former Democratic staff director for the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure’s Railroad Subcommittee, was sworn into the agency on June 2. He will serve the remainder of a five-year term, expiring Dec. 31, 2007.
