OOCL names seventh 8,000-TEU-type ship
OOCL Friday named the “OOCL Atlanta,” the seventh in its series of 12 new 8,063-TEU “SX-class” containerships.
Built by the Korean shipyard Samsung Heavy Industries, the new vessel will join the “Super Shuttle Express” joint transpacific service of OOCL and other carriers of the Grand Alliance.
