Alexandria, Va.-based truck driver staffing agency TransForce, Inc. has acquired the assets of Driving Ambition, a commercial driver’s license (CDL) staffing firm serving Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri and Michigan.
Alexandria, Va.-based TransForce, Inc., a workforce management firm specializing in commercial truck drivers, has acquired the assets of Driving Ambition.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Driving Ambition will operate independently for the remainder of 2017 and will be integrated into TransForce starting in the first quarter of 2018, TransForce said Tuesday.
Indianapolis-based Driving Ambition is a CDL staffing company serving Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri and Michigan.
