The French carrier announced general rate increases effective Aug. 15.
Ocean carrier CMA CGM implemented a general rate increase from all Asian ports to Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India on all cargo effective Aug. 15. Rates will increase by $100 per TEU and $200 per 40-foot container.
In addition, the French carrier will increase rates from all Asian ports to all Middle East Gulf ports on all cargo effective Aug. 15. Rates will increase by $150 per TEU.
