TPG TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH CHINA POST
TNT Post Group, the parent company of express carrier TNT, expects to
sign an agreement with China’s national postal company next week that will
give the Dutch company unrivaled access to a huge potential transportation
market.
TPG said it will cooperate with the China Post to develop domestic
express services for documents, parcels and freight. TNT also will deliver
international parcels and mail for the Chinese postal company.
TPG was "eagerly awaiting the agreement, which will take it one step
closer to establishing a firm foothold as market leader in Asia," the
company said.
