U.S. Chamber report: China’s intellectual property protections short
A U.S. Chamber of Commerce report said China must do more to meet its World Trade Organization commitments, especially with intellectual property rights.
The chamber’s third annual report also notes that China needs to ensure open markets for agriculture, automotive, construction, express delivery, insurance and telecommunications industries.
In addition, the report said China’s record on standards and granting rights and distribution services to overseas companies still needs to be addressed.
