CN NAMES MONGEAU, FOOTE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENTS
Canadian National has promoted Claude Mongeau to executive vice president and chief financial officer, and James M. Foote to executive vice president, sales and marketing.
Mongeau joined CN in May 1994 and has held the positions of vice president, strategic and financial planning, assistant vice president corporate development and senior vice president. He was named CFO in August 1999.
Foote joined the railroad in August 1995 as vice president, investor relations to assist with CN's privatization. He has been vice president of merchandise and vice president of corporate development, investor relations and tax with the Chicago and North Western Railroad. Most recently, he was CN's senior vice president of sales and marketing.
