FMC reviews 15 OTI license applications

 

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 15 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Ever Reach Logistics, City of Industry, Calif. (Xiuji Zhang, president); Evergreen Cargo, Cincinnati (Willy M. Lukanga, member); N.G.K. Corp., Miami (Gladys E. Fisboin, president); and World Wide Express, Miami (Marius Marcinkevicius, member).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Canyon Global Logistics, Houston (Russell C. Daniel, president); Heavy Logistics, Englewood, Colo. (Bernhard J. Maierhofer, president); Lidal Logistics, Miramar, Fla. (Juan R. Sutil, president); Pegasus Worldwide Logistics, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Arden S. Chan, director); Net Cargo, Doral, Fla. (Victor E. Segura, managing member); Nobel Van Lines, North Miami Beach, Fla. (Yaniv Dalai, president); and TGL New York, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Vincent A. Sommella, operations manager).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Delex Air Cargo, Jamaica, N.Y. (Anna Shneyder, general manager); and Princeton Relocation Management, Basking Ridge, N.J. (Edwin F. Banfield Jr., president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for license transfers from A.C.T. Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Annie Chik, co-president); and Premier Logistics Management, Ellenton, Fla. (William A. Gross, managing member).
