OSG GroupÆs Cowen retires
Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (OSG), a New York-based ocean carrier of crude oil and petroleum products, said Robert N. Cowen, senior vice president, chief operating officer, secretary and director, retired Jan. 31.
Cowen had been with OSG for 25 years, serving as senior vice president for 11 years and as COO since 1999.
Morten Arntzen, president and chief executive officer, cited Cowen's 'key role in our efforts to reposition OSG for the future.' Cowen will work as a consultant for the company for the next several months.
