LINE FORMS ALLIANCE WITH YUE YUEN
Logistics Information Network Enterprise (LINE) has formed an alliance with Yue Yuen Industrial Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates. Under the joint venture, LINE will provide logistics services for the electronic and footwear industries.
The joint company will act as a Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) to manage transportation and logistics providers on behalf of its customers. Through an Internet-based platform, the company will offer services including collaborative logistics solutions for manufacturers, material and service providers, retail and brands.
LINE is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hutchinson Port Holdings (HPH). Yue Yuen Industrial (Holdings) Ltd. is a branded footwear manufacturer.
