CUSTOMS TO RAISE FEES AT USER FEE AIRPORTS
The U.S. Customs Service said Thursday it will implement an increase in fees charged at user fee airports, effective Oct. 1.
Customs said the increases, which will be reflected quarterly, are to reimburse the agency for providing necessary Customs inspector training and equipment for services at those airports.
