SEABOARD ACQUIRES BHP SOUTH AMERICA SERVICE
Miami-based Seaboard Marine will take over the U.S.
Gulf/Mexico/Chile/Peru service currently operated by BHP on April 15.
Seaboard said that it will continue the service and improve its sailing
frequency from Miami, Houston and New Orleans. As part of the transaction,
several BHP vessels will join the Seaboard fleet.
