NIMA ISSUES WARNING FOR VESSELS NEAR U.S. FORCES
The U.S. National Imagery and Mapping Agency has issued a special worldwide warning that, due to recent events in the U.S. homeland and in the Middle East, U.S. forces globally are operating at a heightened state of readiness and are taking defensive precautions against perceived threats.
All vessels approaching U.S. forces are requested to maintain radio contact on bridge-to-bridge channel 16.
