FMC CONSIDERS OTI LICENSE APPLICATION
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received an ocean transportation intermediary license application from Speedier Logistics (USA), based in Jamaica, N.Y.
The qualifying individual of Speedier Logistics is Richard Ying, president. Persons knowing of any reason why the applicant should not receive a license are asked to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington at (202) 523-5843.
