EUROPE/AUSTRALIA/NZ CONFERENCE RAISES RATES
The Europe to Australia and New Zealand Conference will
increase southbound rates on April 1, 2000.
The rise will be a minimum of $150 (U.S.) per TEU and forms part of a
"rate restoration program" following heavy falls in rate levels, the conference
said.
