Box volume up 5% at Marseilles-Fos
Container throughput at the port of Marseilles-Fos, France, rose 5 percent after the first two months of this year to 142,000 TEUs.
Throughput at the Fos terminals, which handle east/west container services, increased 6 percent to 95,000 TEUs.
Total port traffic for the first two months, including bulk cargoes, was up 12.4 percent to 16.4 million tons.
