GATTI NAMED NIT LEAGUE’S VICE PRESIDENT, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

   Peter J. Gatti has been promoted to vice president, international
relations of the National Industrial Transportation League.
   The announcement was made Friday at the NIT League’s annual meeting in San
Antonio, Texas.
   Ed Emmett, NIT League’s president, said Gatti "was a driving force in
getting the league involved in international issues and organization."
   Gatti joined the NIT League in 1985 and has served as director of
policy, specializing in air, maritime and international issues since 1992.
Prior to joining NIT League, he was director/counsel of governmental
affairs for the American Association of Ports Authorities.
