Quala acquires ProKleen

   Tampa, Fla.-based bulk tank container transportation services provider Quala has acquired ProKleen, a food-grade commercial tank-washing service with locations in Oakville and Concord, Canada.
   Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
   “The purchase of ProKleen is a strong strategic move for us at this time, as we continue to expand our North American footprint,” said Mike Bauer, Quala’s chief executive officer, in a statement.
   Quala operates from more than 55 locations in 26 U.S. states and Canada.
