FMC reviews 16 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 16 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 16 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Brisk International Express, Pembroke Pines, Fla. (Sandra R. Monteiro, secretary); and Sky Eagle Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Myeong Ho Ha, chief executive officer).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from East West Shipping, Floral Park, N.Y. (Surinder K. Sharma, president); Frontline Cargo Logistics, Hialeah, Fla. (Luis R. Torres, manager); Maranatha Cargo Express, Miami (Ana M. Morales, president); MPM USA, Doral, Fla. (Yusniel Rodriguez, member); and TMT USA, Houston (Karla R. Baeza, vice president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from  F.J. Cargo Corp., Medley, Fla. (Francisco J. Matos, president); and Inter World Systems Cargo Corp., Doral, Fla. (Jose M. Blanco, president).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Beyondvista Corp., Torrance, Calif. (Yu Zhang, secretary); Endo Freight Forwarders, Bronx, N.Y. (Kenji Sato, president); Katoen Natie Tank Operations, La Porte, Texas (Frederic Delwaide, vice president); Schneider Freight USA, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Markus Aerne, vice president); and Spectrum Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla. (Jamaris S. Poole, secretary); for a transfer to Elite Sails Agency from Share Logistics USA, Staten Island, N.Y. (Kenney Whitman, president); and for a license transfer to Zenith Freight Lines from Zenith Global Logistics, Conover, N.C. (Brian L. Baiers, assistant secretary).
