PBB expands capability to handle perishables
PBB Global Logistics said it acquired Carrier Connection International, a third-party logistics provider for the North American food industry.
The acquisition is part of Ontario-based PBB's strategy to expand from its traditional customs broker roots into an integrated logistics provider. PBB is heavily involved in cross-border trade.
CCI has operations in Ontario, Manitoba, Missouri and Texas.
