Supply chain software company sues SAP
i2 Technologies, a Dallas-based provider of supply chain planning and execution software, last week said it has filed a patent infringement suit against German business software giant SAP AG.
The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleges SAP violated seven patents for supply chain management software.
i2 said it has suffered irreparable harm because of SAP’s action. The company asked the court to order SAP to halt using software using i2 code and pay damages.
