DANZAS ACQUIRES COMMERCIAL SAFEWAY SA IN CHILE
Danzas, the logistics unit of Deutsche Post World Net, said Friday it has acquired Commercial Safeway SA, a forwarding company in Chile.
“The company will be treated on a standalone basis,” said Mauro Mazzacurati, the new chairman of Commercial Safeway and managing director of Danzas SA Chile.
Commercial Safeway has a 40-percent market share in the air-freight exporting of salmon, fruit and vegetables from Chile, Danzas said
