Houston port appoints Eriksson, promotes Jamison
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) has appointed Erik A. Eriksson as general counsel and promoted Jimmy M. Jamison to director of operations.
Starting April 25, Eriksson’s principal responsibilities will be management of the PHA legal department. Eriksson was vice president, general counsel and secretary of Maxxam Inc. subsidiary Salmon Creek.
Jamison joined the PHA in 1987 and was most recently general manager of container terminals at Barbours Cut, Galveston and Bayport.
