TPG ACQUIRES TURKISH LOGISTICS FIRM
TNT Lojistik, a joint venture of Dutch postal, express and logistics company TPG NV, has acquired a Turkish logistics company Cargotech.
Cargotech is a warehousing and distribution services provider. No financial details of the transaction were given. Lojistik is a joint venture of TPG and Koc Holding.
