BELLEFONTAINE TO STEP DOWN FROM HALIFAX PORT AUTHORITY
David F. Bellefontaine will step down as president and chief executive officer of the Halifax Port Authority at the end of July.
Bellefontaine has served at the port for 33 years, and has led the organization as CEO since December 1984.
He has also served as chairman of the American Association of Port Authorities and the Association of Canadian Port Authorities.
