Appeals court judge to give Healy lecture on ôTitanicö
The seventh Nicholas J. Healy Lecture on Admiralty Law will be given at the New York University School of Law May 5 by Judge Paul V. Niemeyer, who sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Niemeyer will discuss applying 'jus gentium,' the law of all nations, to the salvage of R.M.S. 'Titanic,' which lies in international waters.
