A.P. Moller names new post-Panamax ship
A.P. Moller has named the “Arthur Maersk,” a new post-Panamax containership, at the group’s Odense shipyard
in Denmark.
The ship is the fourth new vessel completed by the shipyard this year, following the delivery of sister vessels “Axel Maersk,” “Anna Maersk” and “Arnold Maersk.” All four vessels have an overall length of 352 meters (1,155 feet) and a breadth of 43 meters (141 feet).
