EDWARDS RESIGNS FROM WORLDPOINT LOGISTICS
WorldPoint Logistics, based in Bellevue, Wash., a provider of intermodal logistics services, said Wednesday that Jack Edwards, chief executive officer, resigned to become CEO of American Medical Response, a division of Laidlaw.
Louis Bissette, a general partner of Brentwood Associates, WorldPoint’s majority shareholder, said a search is underway to replace Edwards, who will continue to be a WorldPoint director and shareholder.
