GOCARGO AUTOMATES EXCHANGE APPLICATION
GoCargo, a New York-based provider of online software applications for the ocean freight industry, has moved to an entirely automated exchange.
After the company’s research showed that customers did not require manual intervention to use the exchange, GoCargo developed technology in-house to automate its Web site.
“This allows us to focus on developing solutions for our long-term service contract business,” said Eyal Goldwerger, chief executive officer of GoCargo.
The first of that suite of products is NaviPact, a Web-based application that makes it easier to negotiate contracts.
