IFLN, Emirates extend partnership
The forwarder network International Freight and Logistics Network (IFLN) and Emirates SkyCargo have agreed to extend the duration and scope of their partnership agreement, commenced a year ago.
IFLN’s agreement with Emirates includes preferential treatment for IFLN members on capacity and rates, additional support from Emirates’ offices where required on issues such as information technology, training and marketing, as well as the provision of percentages on cargoes flown as booked and delivered as promised, and an analysis of any deviations.
The Emirates fleet total now stands at 69 aircraft, including five freighters. The airline has an order book of almost 90 new aircraft for delivery over the next few years. Formed in 2000, IFLN is based in Houston.
