KULIK TO HEAD TNT LOGISTICS NORTH AMERICA

TNT Post Group, based in the Netherlands, said the new company formed by the merger of TNT Logistics, in Mississauga, Ontario, and CTI LOGISTX in Jacksonville, Fla., will be called TNT Logistics North America.

Dave Kulik, president and chief executive officer of CTI LOGISTX, will lead the combined organization, which will have its headquarters in Jacksonville.

The company will retain its office in Ontario, and combine automotive logistics groups in Southfield, Mich., that were formerly part of TNT Logistics and CTI LOGISTX.

TNT Post Group bought CTI LOGISTX from CSX Corp. on Sept. 22, with the intent of merging it with TNT Logistics. The new entity is the seventh-largest logistics company in North America.
