Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has filed a notice that Abdul Rehman al-Dakhil has been designated a global terrorist.
The notice was posted in the Federal Register Monday.
Aliases for al-Dakhil were listed as Dilshad Ahmad, Danish Dilshad, Amantullah Ali, Amanat Ali, Imanat Ullah Iqbal and Abd al-Rahman al-Dakhil.
The notice stated that al-Dakhil “committed, or poses a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of U.S. nationals or the national security, foreign policy or economy of the United States.”
