The third-party logistics company said it will be 3M’s preferred logistics service provider in warehouse management and distribution in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
CEVA Logistics and 3M have renewed their contract under which the third-party logistics company will be 3M’s preferred service provider for warehouse management and distribution in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Under the renewed contract, CEVA said it will operate 3M’s Regional Distribution Center and National Distribution Center in Singapore, with an increased warehouse footprint to nearly 28,000 square meters in total.
In addition, the 3PL manages 3M’s National Distribution Centers in Malaysia and Indonesia.
CEVA handles 3M’s warehouse management activities, inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, bonded warehouse storage, raw materials and inbound logistics.
Headquartered in Maplewood, Minn., just outside of St. Paul, 3M operates in over 70 countries with its products sold in nearly 200 countries with 89,800 employees as of the end of 2014.
