ROSAS NAMED FMC ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE
Michael A. Rosas, a former Social Security Administration administrative law judge, has joined the Federal Maritime Commission as an administrative law judge. Rosas is replacing Paul B. Lang who recently joined another federal agency.
Prior to his position at the Social Security Administration, Rosas served as assistant New York State attorney general and went on to become assistant attorney general-in-charge of the Claims Bureau.
Rosas, a member of the New York Bar, previously served as an attorney in the office of New York Gov. Mario Cuomo.
