The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 26 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ICM Cargo USA, Houston (Irsa Zaidi, manager); Interstate Commodities, Troy, N.Y. (Gregory F. Oberting, president); NTM Global, Midway City, Calif. (Michael Nguyen, member); and TMT Atlantic, Hicksville, N.Y. (Amar Singh, president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Marmedsa USA, Houston (Yalonda Henderson, secretary); MN Container Lines, Cerritos, Calif. (PakFun “Patrick” Chui, chief operations officer); S&S Logistics Group, Medley, Fla. (Elen C. Rivera Torres, secretary); Sylt, Bronx, N.Y. (Alexis Cruz, member); AZ Smart Global Logistics, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Alex C. Huang, CEO); EC Premier Logistics, Glendale, N.Y. (Cintia Ochoa, president); and Jene M. Rosado, Los Angeles (Jene M. Rosado, sole proprietor).
The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Autoshipment, Buena Park, Calif. (Andrew A. Howden, president).
In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from CXP-USA Corp., Doral, Fla. (Juan P. Montova, assistant treasurer); Kenter Logistics USA, Smyrna, Ga.
