What is the hotel/conference center address?

Is there a special room rate available for the conference? And is there a cutoff date to secure the special room rate?
A special room rate has been arranged through the Marriott Gaylord Texan for MarketWaves18. The individual room rate is $169.00++ per night. Rooms must be booked by the cutoff date which is October 24, 2018 by 5:00 PM CDT. What meals will be served at the conference?
For MarketWaves18 attendees with full registration, a full hot breakfast will be served each morning in Longhorn E on the first floor. A hot buffet lunch will also be served each day. For those who attend the dinner reception and networking party on Monday, a Texas-style BBQ dinner will be served at the Glass Cactus. Each day there will be morning and afternoon drink refreshment breaks.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is appropriate for MarketWaves18. Because the temperature can vary in some meeting and session rooms, it is recommended that you dress in layers.
Is registration check-in on site required?
Yes, all guests will be required to check-in at the MarketWaves18 on-site registration desk to receive conference credentials and important conference information.
Early registration is encouraged to avoid lines. Registration hours are as follows:
Sunday | 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Monday | 6:30 AM-9:00 AM
Tuesday | 7:00 AM-9:00 AM
Do I have to wear my conference credentials throughout the conference?
Yes, conference credentials will be required for entry into all event areas for MarketWaves18. This includes access to breakfast and lunch spaces, general sessions, and the Monday night networking dinner/party.
What time zone is the conference in?
The Gaylord Texan is located in the Central Time Zone. Please make sure you change your clocks and alarms accordingly.
Does MarketWaves18 have a conference app I can download?
Yes, MarketWaves18 will have a conference app you can download to get up-to-date information about the conference. The app will be released closer to the event date. Event administrators will send out an email notification with download details from the App Store and Google Play. If you don’t receive this email communication, please check back a few weeks before the event to get the full information regarding app download.
