AAEI BOARD APPROVES MOVE TO WASHINGTON
The board of the American Association of Exporters and Importers voted Monday night in favor of relocating the organization’s operations from New York City to Washington.
For 80 years, the industry group has helped its members, which includes importers, exporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders, attorneys and consultants, to stay on top of regulatory changes that impact the way they do business. The move to Washington is expected to improve AAEI’s advocacy role with government agencies and on Capitol Hill.
