ABX seeks out NASDAQ investors
ABX Air, one of two primary cargo airlines used by DHL to fly overnight packages in North America, said it has applied to list its stock on the NASDAQ exchange.
ABX Air’s stock has been traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board since it became an independent, publicly traded company in August 2003. ABX was spun off from Airborne Express to satisfy U.S. citizenship requirements for airline ownership after DHL parent Deutsche Post acquired Airborne.
