ACL SHELVES CHANGE OF DOMICILE PLAN
Atlantic Container Line has canceled its plan to change
its company domicile from Sweden to the Netherlands.
The carrier said that the plan did not receive the required 90-percent
support of shareholders.
ACL took a charge of 5.7 million Swedish krona ($690,000) in its
third-quarter results related to cost of preparing for a change of company domicile.
