Aeroterm buys seven airport properties in Dallas, Houston
Aeroterm LLC, an owner and manager of airport-related distribution warehousing, said Thursday it has acquired a portfolio of seven buildings totaling more than 435,000 square feet of air cargo warehousing in the U.S. gateway markets of Dallas and Houston.
The transaction, which was completed with Aeroterm's capital partner CalEast Industrial Investors, LLC, is valued at about $30 million.
'This acquisition will enable Aeroterm to continue to service our customers who are the leading users of air cargo space globally, and will enable us to continue our successful partnerships with these two airports, Dallas-Ft. Worth International and George Bush Intercontinental Airports, which are vitally important to global trade,' said John Cammett, Aeroterm chief executive officer, in a statement.
