The Chesterfield, Mo.-based transportation and shipping management software firm reached an agreement to acquire Seattle-based technology company Ajillus.
Transportation and shipping management software firm Agile Network said it reached an agreement to acquire Ajillus, Inc.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Seattle-based Ajillus provides shipping systems and supply chain software consultancy services bridging warehouse management systems, transportation management systems and e-business fulfillment.
Based out of Chesterfield, Mo., Agile Network’s core product is its multi-carrier parcel shipping software, referred to as the Transportation Management & Execution Platform (TME). The software provides users with certified support for a global network of carriers, in addition to providing a cloud-based shipping and transportation platform with real-time rating and routing, pack verification, consolidation, automatic ACE filing, export document generation and integrated invoice reconciliation.
