AGOTC MEETING SET FOR JUNE 15 IN SAN FRANCISCO
The Agricultural Ocean Transportation Coalition, a Washington, D.C.-based association representing agricultural shippers on maritime and trade issues, will hold its annual meeting June 15 at the Marines Memorial Club in San Francisco.
Topics include the role of ocean carrier agreements; trends in ocean shipping of agricultural products; negotiating service contracts and surcharges; legislation to repeal ocean carriers’ antitrust immunity; and the impact of port operations on agricultural shipments.
