AIRBORNE COMPLETES SALE LEASEBACK OF FIVE AIRCRAFT
Airborne, Inc. has completed the sale and leaseback of five Boeing 767-200 aircraft to two separate commercial aircraft financing companies.
Both leases have a term of 10 years, with renewal options of up to six years. The transactions are valued at $103 million.
Airborne operates a fleet of 124 aircraft, 118 of which are owned. The remaining six, including the five 767 aircraft, are leased.
