AIRLINE CAPITAL ASSOCIATES NAMES LARSEN AS CARGO DIRECTOR

   Airline Capital Associates, a New York-based consulting and financial advisory firm, has appointed James E. Larsen as director of cargo.

   Larsen retired last year as director of air cargo development for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He is currently president of the JFK Air Cargo Association.

   Airline Capital is the consulting unit of Airline Monitor, a weekly industry trade publication.
