APL NAMES DECROSTA DIRECTOR OF LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS
APL Ltd. has named John K. DeCrosta director of legislative affairs, based in Washington.
DeCrosta, formerly press secretary for Sen. Strom Thurmond, R-S.C., will be responsible for APL's day-to-day relationship with Congress and supporting the company's congressional affairs and its regulatory affairs dealing with the White House and regulatory agencies.
