Bean Stuyvesant wins $36.4-million Key West dredge contract
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a $36.4-million firm-fixed-price with award fee contract to New Orleans-based Bean Stuyvesant LLC to perform dredge work in Florida’s Key West harbor.
The dredge work is due for completion by Oct. 30, 2005.
The Corps’ Jacksonville, Fla. office reported there were 24 bids solicited on July 7, and three bids were received.
