BOLLORE GROUP REPORTS 1% RISE IN 2001 REVENUE
Bollor' Investissement, the French conglomerate that owns the shipping line Delmas, and the forwarding group SDV, reported that its group revenue amounted to 5.12 billion euros ($4.53 billion) last year, up 1 percent on the year 2000.
Excluding the oil price effect of the group’s energy division, growth reached 5 percent, Bollore said.
The maritime subsidiary OTAL maintained its revenue last year, the group said.
The business of the transport subsidiary Saga, active mainly in Africa, grew by 8 percent, due “to healthy activity in Africa,” it added.
The Bollore group did not provide details on the revenues of Delmas and SDV.
