Bredius appointed CEO of Ceres Paragon
Ceres, an international stevedoring company owned by NYK, has appointed Pieter Bas Bredius as chief executive officer of Ceres Paragon Terminals B.V. and Ceres Amsterdam Marine Terminals B.V., two of its Dutch subsidiaries.
Ceres Paragon Terminals operates a container terminal in the port of Amsterdam.
Bredius, a former senior executive of P&O Nedlloyd, will succeed Christos N. Kritikos as CEO of the European companies. Kritikos, who is also president of the Ceres group, will remain a member of the board of directors of Ceres Paragon Terminals.
